At Frozen Cart, each item is handcrafted with precision and dedication, using premium materials. While we ensure the highest standards, please understand that due to the handmade nature, there might be variations or imperfections.
Making a Return:
Returns must be initiated within 8 days of delivery.
Items should be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
To start the return process, please contact our customer service at info@frozencartsupplier.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our team.
15% minimum restocking fee. Return freight / shipping charges are not covered.
Shipping & Fees:
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your item for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
