Custom orders and Pre-orders
Deposit Policy:
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit. If an order is cancelled after production or shipping preparation, the deposit will be applied towards administrative handling and restocking costs. Shipping cost are subject to change from first quoted, and are the responsibility of the buyer
Storage Policy
Custom orders and Pre-orders are ready for shipment once completed. Due to limited storage availability. We cannot store orders for more than 2 weeks after they are ready for shipment. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping within this time frame. Orders not picked up or shipped within 2 weeks may incur additional storage fees or considered cancelled.
